1. How do I prepare for the resurfacing?
- All personal items in, on, and around area to be resurfaced should be removed by the occupant, prior to the arrival of the technician to avoid extra charges.
- Client should make sure there are no leaks in the surfaces to be refinished.
- If client intends to replace any hardware it should be removed before the refinishing is started and re-installed after the refinishing has been cured.
2. How long will the process take?
- Depending on the size and type of each surface, usually about 5 hours per surface including prep work.
3. How long before I can use the area?
- Approximately 24 hours
4. When is payment for the surface due?
- Payment from commercial clients is due within 30 days of completion of resurfaced area.
- Payment from residential clients is due at completion of resurfaced area.
5. How do I care for the area?
- Care for the area that is refinished is much like caring for a brand new surface
- With proper care and maintenance will last for 10 to 15 years.
- Clean and sanitize with a good liquid cleaner using a soft sponge at least once a month.
- Do not use abrasives or strong acids.
- Wipe and dry around items, especially metal items, that tend to collect water such as under soap dishes, bath mats, and bottles.
- Items with suction cups should not be used.
- Repair any leaks from plumbing promptly.
